Directions:
Pour packages of yeast over 1/4 cup warm water and sprinkle with sugar in a bowl. Let raise until yeast is foamy. In the meantime in a Bosch or Kitchen Aid combine 3 beaten eggs, butter or margarine, the half cup of sugar, 1 cup of warm water. Beat well then stir in yeast mixture and gradually add in flour. Knead until smooth. This will make a sticky dough. Let double then punch down and then refrigerate at least three hours. Roll out, cut with circle cookie cutter, dip half in melted butter, fold in half and place on a greased cookie sheet and let raise. Bake on 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
