1 cup sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1 3/4 cups pineapple juice
2 eggs beaten
1 T.lemon juice
1 box acini de pepe' (find in the pasta isle)
2 cans pineapple tidbits
1 can crushed pineapple
2 large cans mandarin oranges-drained
16 oz container of Cool Whip
1 pkg. mini marshmallows

Cook acini de pepe according to package directions. Drain
In a saucepan mix sugar, flour, beaten eggs, and pineapple juice (use the juice from the two cans of pineapple tidbits.) Bring to a boil stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Put drained pasta into a very large bowl that has a lid. Pour liquid over pasta and stir to incorporate. Stir in drained pineapple tidbits put on lid and refrigerate overnight. The next day stir in crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, Cool-Whip and mini marshmallows. Refrigerate. Can add shredded coconut and marashino cherries if desired. This makes a very large salad.
