Directions:
By 1/2 lb per serving - less for boneless. Place ham fat side up in shallow roasting pan. Place thermometer in thickest part. Do not cover - roast at 325ºF.

Whole - 10 to 14 lbs - 3 to 4 1/2 hours
Half - 5 to 7 lbs - 1 3/4 to 3 hours
Shank - 3 to 4 lbs - 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hours

Ham is done when 160ºF on thermometer.

Glazes: Brown Sugar Glaze, Pineapple Glaze, Whiskey Glaze. Can be served with Apple Chutney or Jezebel Sauce.
