6 cooked slices bacon
4 eggs
1/2 c shredded swiss cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c minced onion sautéed
1/8 tsp nutmeg
dash cayenne
1 deep pie shell
1 c light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of pie shell. Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425ºF oven for 15 min on bottom shelf. Reduce temperature to 325ºF and continue baking 20 min or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 10 min before cutting.
