6 skinless chicken breasts
1 diced tomato
2/3 c diced red bell pepper
1 1/4 c Dijon mustard
2/3 c chopped green onion
2/3 c chopped mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1/3 c white wine
1/4 c white Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauté pan and blanch garlic in melted butter until translucent. Add tomato, green onion, red bell pepper, mushroom and Worcestershire. Spread mustard onto chicken breasts and add to sauté pan. Add 1/2 of the white wine, cover and cook another 10 min.
