1 large package of shredded hash browns-unthawed (not big box store size)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 cube butter melted
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread into a 9 X13 greased pan. Can top with buttered cornflakes or top with more cheese. (I go for the more cheese, how could you possibly go wrong with more cheese?) Bake on 350 degrees for one hour or until bubbly all the way through.
