1 1/4 c sweetened crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz) pkg lemon jello
1 c sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c whipped cream
1 (9") graham cracker pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pineapple to a boil in saucepan. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Mix in sugar and lemon juice. Cool until almost stiff. Fold into whipped cream and pour into graham cracker pie shell. Chill about 1 hour.
