1-8 oz. package room temperate cream cheese cubes (cut into cubes while it is cold and firm and then let it sit to room temperature.
3/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cube butter
1/2 cup milk
1 chicken breast sliced thinly
1 clove minced garlic or use garlic salt
olive oil for pan

Directions:
Directions:
Heat minced onion in a small amount of olive oil in a small frying pan. Add sliced chicken and cook over low heat. Stir occasionally until chicken is cooked thoroughly, Drain off oil.
In a medium sauce pan add all other ingredients and cook over low heat until smooth stirring constantly. Add cooked chicken and serve over cooked pasta.
Can add fresh or frozen peas and sliced ham too.
