1 lb ground beef-browned with one small diced onion
1 can rinsed and drained black beans
2-8 oz. packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 can diced green chilies
2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 cups of your favorite cheese (I use a cheddar/montery jack blend)
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with diced onion. Drain off fat and stir in cream cheese stirring until well blended then stir in remaining ingredients, reserving one cup of the cheese. Spoon into greased glass casserole dish (9X13). Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
