2 heads iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped (not too large of a chop)
1 white onion, chopped (not too large of a chop)
1 cup mayo
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 c sour cream
1 Tbs sugar (or 2 tsp Truvia)
Parmesan cheese
Pepper
4-5 bacon slices, crisp, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, top lettuce with celery and onion.

Mix mayo and vinegar and drop spoonfuls over salad.

Mix sour cream with sugar/Truvia and drop spoonfuls over salad.

Spread dressing evenly over salad to cover. Sprinkle LOTS of Parmesan over dressing and grind LOTS of black pepper over cheese.

Cover with plastic wrap. When ready to serve, toss in crumbled bacon, making sure all is evenly coated.
