2 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. chicken breast, diced
1/4 lb. bamboo shoots and water chestnuts
1 c. celery hearts, diced
3/4 c. onion, diced
3/4 c. snow peas

3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp salt & 2 tsp. soya sauce
1/2 c. water or consomme
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
3 drops sesame oil
1 c. whole cashews or almonds, roasted

Directions:
Directions:
Put in skillet, heat and add chicken. Stir 2 minutes and add soya sauce and vegetables. Cook 1 minute. Add water/consomme, cover and cook 2 minutes. Add cornstarch with water. Stir, add oil and stir to thicken. Pour in dish and top with nuts.
