1 teaspoon olive oil
1 large red onion
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon thyme
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until softened - about 2 more minutes.

Remove the pan from heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Transfer to small bowl and cool completely.

Sitr in sour cream until well combined, cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Keeps refrigerated for up to 3 days.
