Ingredients: 3 - 5 medium size avocados 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1 - 2 cups sour cream 2 cans bean dip (may need more depending on size of platter) 1 pkg taco seasoning 3 medium size tomatoes 1 cup pitted green olives with pimento, sliced 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced 1 pkg grated cheddar cheese Tortilla or Frito dipping chips

Directions:1st layer: Spread bean dip on large serving platter.
2nd layer: Make your guacamole with avocados, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic salt (adjust measurements of ingredients to your taste). Spread guacamole on top of bean dip leaving a little bean dip ring around the edge so the bean dip shows.
3rd layer: Mix sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread on top of guacamole leaving a ring of guacamole showing.
4th layer: Chop tomatoes into little cubes and sprinkle over sour cream and taco seasoning mixture leaving a ring of mixture showing.
5th layer: Sprinkle sliced green olives on top of tomatoes.
6th layer: Sprinkle sliced black olives on top of green olives.
7th layer: Sprinkle a lot of grated cheese over top.
Cover with clear wrap and chill in refrigerator for an hour or so.
Serve with dipping size tortilla chips and Fritos.
Great for parties, family gatherings (especially reunions), or just a fun evening at home!
