2 sticks butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. chocolate chips
nuts of choice ( peanuts, pecans, almonds,or walnuts)
Saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Line up saltines to cover bottom of cookie sheet. Boil butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over saltines. Spread to cover. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over all. When soft ,spread with spatula. Sprinkle nuts on and press into chocolate. Let cool.
Break into pieces.
