Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter flavor Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tbls orange zest
1tsp vanilla
2 tbls water
1tsp orange flavor {optional
2 c flour
1 cup coconut flake
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/5 cups diced gumdrops
note: the easiest way I have found to cut them up is with a pizza wheel run thru flour and then dusted with flour to keep separate. I use a portion of the flour from the recipe so as not to add more

Directions:
Directions:
cream together crisco ,brown and white sugars, baking soda and baking powder. Add eggs , water and vanilla and orange flavor. Add zest and flour. Add oatmeal, coconut and nuts. Add gumdrops.
Drop by rounded tsp onto cookie sheet. I use an airbake cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 16 minutes on parchment covered airbake pan. When they come out I smash them a little flatter.
