2 lbs. pork shoulder
2 lbs. veal leg
1 c. chopped parsley
2-3 cloves garlic
1 bunch green onions chopped
2 lbs. white bread
6 or 7 or 8 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in separate kettles. Chop meat, save water. Soak bread in pork water, drain in hand and put into meat and add all ingredients except eggs. Mix with hands, add eggs and some pork water. Mix should be moist.

Grease cookie sheet and spread mix to 3/4 thickness. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Add salt, pepper and garlic as may be necessary.
