1 T whole grain mustard
1 c. mayonnaise
¼ c. sour cream
½ lemon juice
2 T red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper

2 green onions, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
½ head savoy cabbage (or green cabbage)
½ head purple cabbage
(Or buy 2 small packages of purple and green cabbage with carrots)

Directions:

Mix together all of the liquid ingredients (first six)
Shred the cabbage and mix together with the onions and carrots.
Add the liquid ingredients to the cabbage mixture and mix well.

Prepare several hours ahead of time so the flavors can blend well.

If you buy the coleslaw already cut up, then it saves a lot of time. If you are making for a large group it is better to buy the two heads of cabbage and shred them yourself.
