1 T. butter
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 can chopped green chilies (drained)
8 oz package cream cheese (cut up & softened)
3 1/2 c. chicken (cooked & chopped)
8 8" flour tortillas
2 8oz pk. Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
2 c. Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion - saute 5 minutes. Add chilies and stir in cream cheese & chicken. Cook & stir until cheese melts. Spoon 2-3 T. chicken mix down center of tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13" dish. Sprinkle with Monterrey Jack cheese. Drizzle with whipping cream. Bake 350º for 45 minutes.

**This recipe with very rich. Add spinach to mixture for color. You can add salsa verde on tortillas.
