2 tbsp. olive oil
2/3 c chopped onion
1/4 c Hungarian paprika
1 cut up chicken
3/4 c chicken stock
2 thinly sliced green pepper
3 peeled chunked tomatoes
1/2 c sour cream
1 tbsp. white flour
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil in a large pot over low heat until onions are translucent. Add paprika and 1/3 of the chicken broth and stir until smooth. Cook 5 more min. Stir in the green peppers, tomatoes, and chicken and cover and simmer 35 min. When chicken is cooked remove it from the pot and keep warm. Mix the flour with the sour cream and add to the cooking liquid and stir until blended. Add the rest of the chicken stock and stir well and cook 5 min. Salt and pepper sauce to taste and spoon over chicken and serve.
