2-lbs.boneless round steak. 1 Tablespoons vegetable oil. 3/4 cups catsup 1/2 cup water 1/2 cups cider vinegar. 1 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoons prepared. mustard 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/8 teaspoons. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from steak,and cut into serving-size pieces.Heat oil in a large skillet;add steak,and brown on both sides.Transfer steak to a 2-quart shallow baking dish.Combine remaining ingredients,stirring well;pour over steak.Cover and bake at 325*F.for 11/2 hours or until tender.
