3 small sliced zucchini
1 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
9 eggs
1/2 tsp dried oregano
5 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini and onions in 1/2 of the butter with oregano and salt until tender (about 5 min). In blender or processor mix eggs, milk, parmesan cheese, bisquick, salt and remaining butter. Pour into a buttered 12" dish or pie plate. Spread zucchini all over top. Bake in a preheated 375ºF 30 to 40 min.
