3 lb short ribs
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp grated orange peel
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Trim excess fat from ribs. Lightly score top of ribs. Combine 1/4 c soy sauce, garlic, orange rind, ginger and black pepper. Marinate ribs in mixture for 8 hours or overnight turning occasionally. Combine honey, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, mustard and lemon juice in small bowl and set aside. Take ribs from marinade and place on grill 4" to 5 " from medium low coals. Grill 15 to 18 min turning and basting with marinade. Brush ribs with honey baste mixture. Continue grilling 2 to 3 min or until desired doneness.
