4 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c diced ham
1/2 c diced onion
1/2 c shredded jack cheese
1/2 c diced green pepper
1/4 tbsp. sage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs well. Combine with ham, onion, peppers and cheese. Melt butter in a sauté pan and cook on one side for 3 min. Turn over, cook briefly and serve.
