1 pkg yeast
1 1/4 c warm water
3 c flour
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast into 1/2 c warm water and add sugar and let sit for 10 min. Put yeast and all the remaining water into a large bowl. Slowly add the flour and salt, kneading when mixture is too stiff to stir. Add olive oil and keep kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Put dough in an oiled bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch it down and roll or stretch the dough to make two pizza crusts.
