16 ounces broccoli florets
10-3/4 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsps. chopped onion
1 cup Duke's mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups Cheez It Crackers
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook broccoli according to package directions, minus 3 minutes.
Mix soup, onion, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Drain broccoli very well and mix with soup mixture.
Fold in 1/2 of Cheez It crackers into broccoli mixture.
Pour broccoli mixture into 9 x 13 greased dish and top with remaining Cheez It Crackers.
Place in preheated oven 25-30 minutes. Cook until bubbly.
