1 whole fryer Chicken
1 stalk of celery
1package carrots
5 medium Potatoes cut to 1" cubes
1 T. salt
1 T. Pepper
2 cloves garlic sliced thin
1 package egg noodles.

Directions:
Directions:
In a 8 quart stock pot place Whole fryer chicken and fill with water 3/4 fill.
Bring to boil, reduce heat simmer 3 hours. Take chicken out of pot and set aside to cool. Slice Carrots & celery and place in chicken stock, add potatoes, & garlic. When Chicken is cool enough to handle, Pull off from bones and replace back in pot. Bring to boil, then simmer 2 - 3 hours till
vegetable are tender. Cook noodles per package and then Drain and add to soup. Serve Hot.
