1 1/2 lbs. lean ground pork
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. cooking oil


Sauce Mixture
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, sliced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup peach juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup of peaches, diced

Directions:

1. Mix pork onion, seasoning and egg.
2. Form it into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
3. Fry in hot oil until browned on all sides.
4. Drain all but 1 tbsp. of fat from pan.
5. Add, onion and celery and saute' until onion is transparent (about 2 minutes)
6. Combine remaining ingredients except peaches. Add to pan and stir until mixture has thickened and is clear.
7. Add meat balls and peaches.
8. Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes
