Buttermilk
Flour
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 8 hours.
Allow chicken to come to room temperature.
Dredge in flour m, salt & pepper. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Fry in oil (350) for 6 minutes covered. Turn over & cook 6 more minutes covered.
Take lid off & brown to color you like.
