12 oz. roll of sage flavored breakfast sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 T. parsley flakes
1 cup dried cranberries
2 eggs
1-2 cups of chicken stock (or low sodium chicken broth)

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and fry sausage. Drain and cool. Saute celery onion and apple in melted butter until softened. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT broth. Add just enough broth to moisten. Stuff into a 12-14 lb. turkey or bake separately at 350º for about 45 minutes.
