1-1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
48 unwrapped mini Reese's cups

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, salt and soda. In mixer bowl combine butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir to combine. Shape into 1 inch balls and place one ball in each well of an ungreased mini muffin pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven and immediately press one Reese's mini into each cookie. Cool completely before removing from pans.

Variation; place balls on cookie sheet and press in a criss cross pattern with fork, sprinkle with sugar.Or roll balls in sugar and place on tray. bake as directed and when they come out of the oven top with a Hershey kiss! (unwrapped)
