1 lb, cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Foil cup cake liners
Pie filling of your choice
Cool Whip (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together softened cream cheese and sugar, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Place liners into cupcake pans. Place 1 vanilla wafer into each liner. Fill with batter 3/4 full.

Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Cool and top with a scoop of pie filling and a dollop of Cool Whip if desired.
