1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water


Meatball mixture;
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup of soup & water mix
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine mushroom soup and water, set aside. In larger bowl combine all ingredients for the meatball mixture and shape into balls. Brown meatballs on all sides in frying pan and place them in a casserole dish and cover with the remaining soup mixture. Bake covered at 350ºF for 35-45 minutes.
