1/4 c white flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 lb round steak
1 (8 oz) can tomato
1/2 c minced onion
1/4 c minced green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle half the mixture on one side of the round steak and pound on. Repeat for the other side and cut meat into pieces. Melt butter in skillet and brown meat. Cover tightly and simmer 1 hour. Add water if necessary. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 min or until tender.
