12 slices white bread, trimmed
3 cups grated Sharp Cheese
2 lbs. Pork Sausage, browned (I use one regular and 1 hot)
6 slightly beaten Eggs
2 1/2 cups Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13" pan with Pam. Put 6 slices of bread in pan. Cover with Grated cheese. Add layer of sausage. Cover with 6 slices of bread. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Whisk to blend. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325º for 55 minutes.
