2 lb round steak
2 c crushed tomatoes
1/4 c flour
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

Cut steak into serving pieces and pound thin. Mix four, salt, pepper and dredge meat in mixture. Brown the meat with oil in large skillet. Pour off the liquid, add tomatoes, oregano, mustard, parsley and garlic. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
