3 lb thin sliced sirloin
1 bunch asparagus
3 scallions chopped
1 clove chopped garlic
1 1/2 c bottled oyster sauce
3 tbsp. peanut oil
steamed rice

Directions:
Directions:
Steam asparagus until just done. Do not overcook. Refresh under cold water and cut into chunks. In a wok, heat peanut oil very hot. Add beef sirloin and garlic and cook 1 min. Add scallions and cook 1 min more. Add asparagus and oyster sauce. Cook 3 min or until sauce is bubbling and asparagus heated through. Serve with steamed rice.
