1 lb round steak
2 sliced green peppers
2 quartered tomatoes
4 chopped green onions
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c bean sprouts
1/4 c peanut oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. water

Slice steak thinly in short crosswise pieces. Heat oil in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides. Add soy sauce and sugar and cover and simmer for 5 min. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers. cover and simmer 5 min. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir in. Stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.
