1-1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips, divided
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, egg & vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking soda & cocoa together. Add dry ingredients alternately with grated zucchini to oil & egg mixture. Add 1/2 chocolate chips. Pour into greased & floured 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 cup nuts & 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Bake in 350 oven 25 minutes
