1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1 large egg
3/4 cup quick cooking oats (not instant)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 2 large baking sheets with nonstick spray. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside. Beat the brown sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until blended. Beat in sour cream and egg. Add the flour mixture and beat until blended, about 1 minute. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
Spoon dough onto the baking sheets about 1" apart making a total of 36 cookies.
Dip the bottom of a glass in flour and press the floured glass against each mount to make a 2-1/2" round cookie.
Bake until lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks.
