Corn with the husks still on
Large bucket of water
Charcoal or gas grill


Butter, salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak ears of corn in bucket of water 1/2 hour before grilling. Prepare fire. Arrange corn on grill over medium fire, turning with tongs until tender. [1/2 hour]. remove ears to platter. When cool enough to handle, strip off husks and silks and spread with butter, salt & pepper.
If husks start blackening too much during grilling, brush with more water.
