2 eggs
1 c milk
1 c unsifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine eggs and butter and beat slightly. Gradually beat in milk, flour and salt. Pour batter into 10 well oiled custard cups. Place cups on baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven 1 hour (350º) or until firm and brown.
