2 lb ground beef
1 c bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1 small onion chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c milk
4 strips bacon
dash salt
dash pepper
1 tsp crumbled sage
1/2 c tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bacon. Place in loaf pan with bacon on top. Bake 45 min at 350ºF. You may substitute bacon by spreading 2 tbsp. salad oil over top.
