2 lb flank steak
1 clove sliced garlic
1 c salad oil
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire
1 dash cayenne
drops tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove excess fat from steak then score on both sides. Place all the ingredients in a shallow pan. Place steak in pan then turn over. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight turning several times. Place steak on broiler pan 3" from heat. Broil each side 4 min. Slice thin across grain diagonally. Serve with béarnaise sauce.
