1 C packed Kale leaves, torn and center stem removed
1 C unsweetened Almond Milk (I use the 30 calorie milk)
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
1 Tbsp. Soaked Raw Almonds
1 Date, pitted
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

Soaked almonds last weeks in the fridge. Enzymes in the almonds make digesting the nutrients tough, soaking them breaks down the enzyme allowing for our bodies to get all the nutrients.
