4 Small Bananas
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 C Chilled Hazelnut or unsweetened Almond Milk
2/3 C Chia Seeds
10 oz frozen fruit, your choice
1/2 Lime

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel 3 bananas and blend, add vanilla and 1 1/4 C of Milk and blitz until smooth.
2. Stir in chia seeds and divide between 10 dessert cups and pop into fridge.
3. Place frozen fruit into blender, peel and tear in the remaining banana, add remaining 1 1/4 C of milk and lime juice. Blitz until smooth and add remaining chia seeds.
4. Pour this mixture onto the top of the previously refrigerated ten dessert cups gently so you have a definite line between the two flavors-return to fridge.
