1/2 c chopped green pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 c chopped onion
1 16 oz can undrained tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried thyme
sugar
1/2 c minced celery
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt
1/2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes and set aside. Reserve liquid from can. Saute all remaining vegetables in butter until tender. Add herbs and spices and cook 1 more min. Add tomatoes and reserved liquid from can and cook about 10 more min. Discard bay leaf before serving.
