¼ cup vegetable oil
2 chopped onions
2 or 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 stalk celery, diced
2 green peppers, chunks
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. marjoram
1 Bay leaf
Heat oil in heavy pot and add all above ingredients.

4 tbsp. flour
1 tin diced tomatoes (28 oz)
3 cups chicken stock
1 lb. frozen fish
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute until tender, stir in flour, add tomatoes and chicken stock, stir and heat until bubbly.
Add fish cut in large cubes, cover and cook gently for 15 minutes. Remove Bay leaf and serve.
