10-12 # fully cooked bone in ham
1 cup sliced onion
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 whole cloves
3 whole peppercorns
1 can beer

Glaze:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
Can also use pineapple and juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a 350º oven place ham fat side up in pan.
Place onion and bay leaves on ham.
Sprinkle with sugar and add beer to pan.
Score top of ham and insert cloves in squares.

Bake approximately 3 hours until inside temp is 130º basting every 30 minutes with beer and fat drippings.
Glaze and bake 30 minutes longer basting every 10 minutes with beer and glaze.

A wonderful gravy can be made with the drippings from the ham!
