1 1/2 lb gound uncooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c milk divided
2/3 c fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic salt
1 egg
butter
1 c chopped onion
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp chicken bouillon mix or substitute 2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c water
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c sour cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, 1/2 c of the milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt and egg in large bowl. Mix well. With floured hands, shape into 6 patties. Melt a small amount of butter in large frypan. Saute patties on both sides until golden, adding more butter to the pan as needed. Remove patties and set aside. Melt a little more butter in same frypan and sauté onions until golden. Blend in paprika and bouillon mix and stir in water. Return patties to pan. Bring mixture to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 min or until patties and onions are cooked. Remove patties from pan and keep warm. Smoothly combine flour and remaining milk and stir into pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. To serve, pour sauce over patties and sprinkle with paprika.
