Panko bread crumbs
Parsley
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Spoon enough leftover mac and cheese in hand to shape golf size balls or as big as you want
Roll Mac and cheese balls in whipped eggs
Then in panko bread crumbs mixed with the parsley and salt and pepper
Deep fry balls until golden brown
Enjoy
